Spit Club, Levittown, New York 1981

This is another great radio show and one my personal faves. It's just all perfect. The setlist, the artwork (love this cover photo) and the quality is excellent too.
Basically although recorded for radio broadcast it was a warm up for the massive 'Bonds International' show the following day (which was also broadcasted all over the States and is also featured on this site) . The band are also playing tracks from the newly released legendary album 'Fire of an Unknown Origin'.
The band are on fire on this show and really Rockin'.
The version of 'Roadhouse Blues' is one of the best versions you'll EVER hear. Eric introduces it as the song 'All about the Long Island expressway' (I didn't know that). Anyway this is a show that if you love Blue Oyster Cult you NEED to own. It also goes under the name of 'Cities on Flame in New York'.
